It has a hand-tooled border, rust-resistant brass hardware with six saddle strings for gear, a rawhide cantle and horn lip, and a mule skin horn wrap.

This saddle has a strong oil finish, a matching pair of flank cinching, and a seat that can be 15″, 15.5″, 16″, 16.5″, or 17″. Simply said, this High Country Rancher is a classic and one of our most popular Billy Cook saddles. The entire saddle, from pommel to cantle, is cover in high grain leather with a hand-stamp basket pattern.

A sturdy 7/8 flat plate rigging with a rear dee complements Billy’s rawhide-cover Full Quarter Horse bar, which is built for strength and longevity so you can finish your work. You’ll be in position and have the leverage you need to keep the cattle on their toes thanks to a generous 14″ leather-covered pommel with leg cuts.
